This is my roof plan outline.. Probably can't see clearly, the roof concept is abt layering and folding up and down. I just finish producing few minutes ago.. The long stripes above the roofs are stripe openings - skylight. and some are shading devices.
This is my floor plan after a few changes.. the strip between play structure there is actually blanko.. pls ignore it.. whereas those lines like countour are staircases to go down to lower level.

This is a very exciting scheme! The strength is in a few things:
· The free organic forms
· The good use of existing land contours
· The strong axis in the ramp/steps that gently take you to a different level and from public to private with interesting views—actually very spectacular views of the ship and church in background!—on the way
· The rooms are all located in the right places and relate to each other reasonably well.
You can improve this scheme further by doing this:
· Make the building a little bit shorter by making each room a little bit smaller (where you can.) You have some space outside the egg-shape room to use up. This is to give you more space to park your cars in front as the parallel parking on the north doesn’t work. If you take the parallel parking away you will have 6m extra space to put your ship and the MPH (which can be smaller) can move up. And you can also create a transitional space between the Hall and the Ship, so if there’s a large concert they can all sit around the ship as well, which is quite nice.
· There will be an interesting dynamic tension if your architectural language is a complement of Organic married to Non-Organic. I think the MPH and the Ramp and the Wharf should be Non-Organic—use strict straight lines. The rest can be Organic to express the private “imagination” part of the building.
The organic classrooms and steps and your roof ideas are really nice!
Keep going!
