Kah Hoe. Neat and well-organized plans, just like you.
Kitchen (and the small room adjacent to it) is occupying the most important spot. Not so good. Better to have staff room there to supervise EVERYTHING (Esther will love this!) This room here probably wants to have a curved wall to receive the narrower ends of your roof-fan sepals. At the moment you are struggling to make the fan center tie in neatly with the corner of your MPH. 4 sepals (not 6) will be enough so that we can still appreciate an “opening fan” The remaining roof covering over the play structure can have another “softer” expression.
Terraces/Verandahs outside each classroom on the garden side? Roof sepals of different lengths and overlapping each other? (Different lengths respond to classroom sepals.) Loosen up, man. Don’t be so uptight.
Imagine putting a 4m deep terrace outside each classroom, roofed over. Since your classrooms are staggered (not in one single curved line) then your pieces of roofs (sepals) will be of different lengths (radii). Therefore longer one will be higher than the lower one, etc.

Sepals=like pieces of orange, like petals.
