Very nice!

The idea of 3 intersecting axes organizes the composition very well!

But note that it is better NOT to put anything at the intersection so that people can actually stand at the intersection point and appreciate the vista along each axis. Perhaps the intersection can be at the centre of the courtyard (of whatever shape on plan.) Since you can almost save the tree, then put the tree in the courtyard, but not blocking any axis.

I like the egg shaped roof very much! It will make the roof very strong visually. And it’s nice that one part of this egg is eaten away by the entrance block where your admin block and entrance ramp are. But I don’t like the plan shape of the admin and porch—it doesn’t tie in with anything else.

The long messy area block is nice in that you have a linear-arrangement of rooms to contrast with the cluster-arrangement of classrooms. This longest axis ending at your circular play structure is wonderful! Like the marble playing with the egg! However to improve: I would move the long row of rooms further towards the building setback line to create a wider verandah. You will then have created a larger triangular garden space between this long block and the platform. I would actually put the play structure in this triangular garden (more spacious and more completely seen by the staff/admin) for supervision. I would then put another something else smaller at the point to demarcate the end of the long axis.

No need to talk anymore! Just plan the carpark and entrance lobby and model the roof for Monday. Good work!
