Wow! What a change!

The attractiveness of this scheme is in the sweeping fan roof which dominates the composition. This should feature strongly in the roof design. You may wish to make this fan even more dominant by sweeping one or two segments more over your play structure, or maybe take the fan skeleton over the play structure completely but with a change in the roofing material. The MPH acts like an anchor form for the fan and should also feature prominently (by height and form.)

If the 2 white rectangles next to the MPH are courtyards, then they are too small. You may wish to combine them or, more importantly, pull the MPH much further out northwards. This will create some connection with the play structure area and can have transitional cross-use when there’s a big concert. This will only work if you replan your carparking. Better to park all the cars in the western end of the site so that you free the space in front of your entrance lobby for a covered car porch.

You may wish to consider having roughly similar size transitional terrace spaces outside each classroom so it’s “fair.” You will then get fan segments of unequal lengths making the fan more interesting.

The 45 degree chamfer of the roof over the staffroom at the south western corner is unnecessary and ugly.

Position the kitchen and dining space carefully and strategically.

Otherwise the composition works pretty well!
