-Cooling system, accommodate with the hot climate in Malaysia

-Curving wall system which is remained from the original design of house (external and internal wall)

- flat roof requested due to the balancing between the curving wall and flat roof make thing looks better

-The design has to be unique just like how his painting acts like.

-Preferable concept of design is movement or musical rhythms.
