- house to function as a place to rest and relax
- peaceful place to obtain inspiration and ideas for his work
- wishes the house to have many openings to bring in natural light and ventilation
- openings to be made out of irregular shapes
- openings to resemble shattered glass for the effects of explosion
- site for placement is somewhere high e.g. hill or cliff
- exterior to look strong, solid, durable
- building to have sharp edges and dramatic angles
- wants approximately 6 rooms inclusive of working area, kitchen, bedroom, toilet and hall
- materials preferred are concrete and glass (transparent and frosted, a combination of both)
- wants the place to be senior friendly
- stairs must have railings
- bedroom to be suspended
- wants a balcony overlooking the scenery
- toilet equipped with safety flooring to be located near bedroom
