- space orientation: hall, kitchen with dining table, drawing room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom – prefer to have more open space as in able to view the different parts of the house especially from the bedroom
- single storey with different levels ( eg. Raised floor of 12-15 inches ) to indicate different section of the house
