- Good Acoustic (He likes music as musician is his 2nd choices of his job before as an artist)
- Perhaps have a music room or combined with the most used space
- Huge Studio (Sometimes he will do some sculpture beside small painting)
- Perhaps a car garage (He like car as racer was his first ambition)
- Reading area
- A simple kitchen that easy to maintain and use
- Computer Room (He used computer software to do art works also)
- Sleeping area that face to the sea
- Prefer single storey
