Location for the house: Somewhere in Sarawak
Site: far from busy city, near to the forest or countryside

Gregory Christeas is finding an architect to design him a house with the requirements stated below:

--design is to be simple as he is staying alone
--façade of his house needs to be longer, wider
--grab rails are to be added around the house especially along the steps
--the house is to be designed in one-storey
--the ethic in the house is to be removed
--all the windows are to be made by wood in a smaller size
--the main material for the house is timber
--elevation in the house is to be reduced, lesser steps provided
--need a space for his gallery
--combination of three spaces into one for easy movement
--solid steps for the entrance
--colours of the house stick to the original colour of the timber
